Kammegumiin Temple (Shikoku Pilgrimage Site #68) is uniquely situated on the same grounds as Kannonji Temple (#69). Founded in 703 AD, it's known for its main hall, which features a modern concrete design. Inside, you'll find a serene atmosphere and a revered Amida Nyorai statue, originally housed in Kotohiki Hachimangu Shrine. The temple is easily accessible from Kanonji Station by bus. Visit the shared grounds to see the unique architecture and experience two sacred sites in one location. Don't miss the opportunity to collect stamps from both temples at the single Nokyo-sho (stamp office).
