The Former Arai Residence, located next to the Nagatoro Town Local Museum, is a preserved traditional Japanese farmhouse over 200 years old. Originally relocated from Nakano-kami in 1975, this historic building offers a glimpse into the region's past. Visitors can explore the architecture and learn about the lifestyle of a typical farming family. The residence is conveniently located an 8-minute walk from Nagatoro Station on the Chichibu Railway. Admission is ¥200 for adults and ¥100 for children.
