The Yanagawa City Tourist Information Center is located in Okihata-machi, near the pier where the Yanagawa donko boats depart and arrive, and across from Suiten-gu Shrine. It's also close to the Hakushu Kitahara Birthplace and Memorial Hall. The center provides tourist maps and brochures, and the staff can offer helpful advice on what to see in Yanagawa. During the Sagemon Festival, the center is decorated with beautiful Sagemon displays. Self-service coffee is available. Another tourist information center is located at Nishitetsu Yanagawa Station, which is more convenient for those arriving by train. Rent-a-cycles are also available.
