Overview

The Yokotani Gorge Promenade offers a refreshing 4 km (1-hour) walking course through stunning natural scenery. Located in Chino, Nagano Prefecture, it's accessible by car from the Suwa IC or by taxi from Chino Station. Visitors can immerse themselves in the crisp air near the Otome and Ohtaki waterfalls, marvel at the unique rock formations like Washi-iwa and Byobu-iwa, and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding nature. The trail is well-maintained, though some sections may be slippery, making trekking shoes advisable.
