The Five-Storied Pagoda of Itsukushima Shrine stands near the entrance, displaying beautiful carvings and paintings. Built in 1407 and reconstructed in 1533, this vermillion-colored pagoda is dedicated to the Buddhist God of Medicine. While visitors cannot enter, the pagoda offers excellent photo opportunities, especially when paired with the surrounding scenery of Miyajima.
