Lakeside Kitchen Tonton, located near the Shikotsu Lake Visitor Center, offers a variety of dishes including the local specialty, kokanee salmon (hime masu). Enjoy kokanee salmon prepared as grilled fish, tempura, or sashimi. Besides kokanee salmon, the restaurant also serves curry, ramen, soba, udon, and pork cutlet sets. With both table and tatami seating, it's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal after exploring Shikotsu Lake. Note that credit cards are not accepted. It's best to visit during lunch to avoid crowds.
