Shiraishigawa River Park in Ōgawara, Miyagi Prefecture, is a scenic destination known for its natural beauty and seasonal attractions. In spring, the park transforms into a stunning cherry blossom viewing spot, especially beautiful along the Shiraishi River. The park is accessible by car from the Tōhoku Expressway Murata Interchange (20 minutes) or a short drive from Ōgawara Station on the Tōhoku Main Line (5 minutes). Open from 9:00 to 16:00, the park is closed on Mondays (or the following day if Monday is a holiday), except during the swan migration season when it remains open daily.
