Lake Miyagase is a scenic man-made lake created by the Miyagase Dam, one of the largest in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Located in Kanagawa Prefecture, it's accessible by bus from Hon-Atsugi Station (60 minutes). The lake offers beautiful landscapes and opportunities for hiking and waterside recreation. Visitors can explore the surrounding parklands, including Aikawa Park, and enjoy views from the Water Village Suspension Bridge. The lake is divided into three areas: the lakeside area, the dam site area, and the Torii Hara area. Note that public transportation between the areas is limited.
