Explore the Yamamura Daikan Yashiki, the former residence of the Yamamura clan who governed the Kiso region for generations. Located in Kiso Fukushima, Nagano Prefecture, this historical site features highlights such as the Joyotei pavilion, a part of the former lower residence, and the Suizanso study of Komaishi Ishizukuri, a vassal and friend of Somon Yamamura. Don't miss the beautifully landscaped garden with its Tsukiyama Sensui style. The residence is a 15-minute walk from Kiso Fukushima Station on the JR Chuo Main Line. A combined ticket for all three museums is available from April 1st to November 23rd.
