The Uramigawa Canal connects Lake Kugushi and Lake Suigetsu, offering a picturesque landscape with steep cliffs on both sides. In spring, cherry blossoms and wisteria bloom, creating a stunning view. This 144-meter-long canal, also known as Urami Canal, was artificially constructed under the direction of Kuba Kubei of the Obama clan. It's easily accessible by a 15-minute car ride from Mikata Station or a 20-minute walk from Kiyama Station, making it a convenient stop for nature lovers and those seeking scenic beauty.
