Waterfall Trail
Takigawa Gorge, located in Yamatsuri Town, Fukushima Prefecture, is a hidden gem renowned for its natural beauty. Spanning a 3-kilometer trail with an elevation change of approximately 300 meters, the gorge features a series of 48 waterfalls, including the notable "Chōshi no Kuchitaki." The area is celebrated for its seasonal scenery: vibrant cherry blossoms and katakuri flowers in spring, lush greenery in summer, and vivid foliage in autumn. Designated as one of the "Top 50 Walking Trails in Fukushima," it offers visitors a serene hiking experience amidst moss-covered rocks and ancient trees.
